Ringgit Voyage is an AR banknotes made by using the Meta Spark AR software for creations with explanation of banknotes features.
Target Audience
Targeting on children among 7-9 years old especially primary 2 students and the individuals which lack of knowledge in Malaysia Culture heritage.
Aim
Increase the interest of children learning culture heritage + giving the knowledge toward audience about features on banknotes that symbolise our country
How does it starts?
This project is inspired from the changes of our daily habits as our society are going towards cashless. Nowadays we mostly use cards payment or ewallet such as touch n go. We barely bring cash along us so I decided to remind audience for appreciating banknotes.
User will be direct into Facebook camera after scanning the QR code.
They need to scan for the banknotes to see the AR effect which is marker based.
Why targeting children?
Malaysia has it owns education system. In their Math Topics Syllabus, they required primary 2 children to learn recognising banknotes.
However, Most of the time they just recognise it and use to do food exchanging in canteen.

There are equally 6 banknotes in The Fourth series of banknotes. Each of them illustrate different parts of Malaysia.
